Lara Douvartzidis
Environment, Climate & Human Rights Lawyer at the International Bar Association
Lara Douvartzidis is an Australian qualified lawyer working in the Legal Policy and Research Unit at the International Bar Association, leading projects in climate and business and human rights law and serving as Delegate Head for UNFCCC engagement. Prior to joining the IBA she worked at a large commercial law firm in Sydney, practicing in disputes, pro bono, environment & planning and mining and aboriginal cultural heritage law. She is an Associate Fellow at the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law and co-chairs the Australian Lawyers for Human Rights Business and Human Rights sub-committee.
